The check-in process was swift, staff were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious with a gorgeous view and comfortable bed. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The location was convenient with MRT and bus stops nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The TV channels offered a great variety of entertainment. The customer service was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

During our recent stay at Citadines, we were blown away by the amazing views from our loft apartment. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls provided a fine panorama of the surrounding harbor, great to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the city. the location of the hotel was convenient, with the MRT station, food court, and supermarket all just a stone's throw away.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right on top of the One North MRT station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. there is a supermarket nearby, providing easy access to essential amenities.

Some guests have mentioned that the room facilities need improvement, such as ceiling lights not working well and frequent light blowouts at the staircase.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the apartment was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with high-end facilities such as a private Sauna and swimming pool. the location was fantastic, with nearby mall and MRT station. the breakfast was excellent with a wide range of continental dishes.

The only minor issue was with the housekeeping, which could be improved. the room could have used a bit more cleaning, with the floor not being thoroughly cleaned and water bottles not being replaced regularly.

the private facilities were amazing, the sauna and swimming pool were top-notch and the barbeque grills were perfect for a night of grilling. the continental breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. the service was impeccable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location advantages were great, with access to public transportation right outside the hotel.
